Reviewing and approving drafts
Everything TaroCore prepares waits for you, in the same forms you already use.
What it does
TaroCore prepares work, and you decide. A single action opens its usual form, filled in. A larger job lists what it would do, and it waits for one press.
When to use it
Use it each time TaroCore offers to do something, particularly a job that makes several records.
Before you start
You've asked TaroCore to do something your role allows.
Steps
- Read what TaroCore proposes.
- For a form, change anything you want and save it, or close it to do nothing.
- For a larger job, read the list, then press its button, such as Make the 9 transfers or Plan the 22 batches.
- Open Activity, then TaroCore, to see what it has done for you.
What you should see
The records appear on their own pages, with your name on them. Anything TaroCore left out is listed, with the reason.
Good to know
Nothing is recorded until you press the button.
Drafts are still drafts. A draft purchase order isn't sent to anybody until you send it.
TaroCore only offers what your role can make.
