Context-aware help
Show TaroCore a barcode or a document, and "these" means what you showed it.
What it does
TaroCore understands what you're looking at. After a scan or an import, "these" and "this" mean that item or document. It also remembers the words your business uses.
When to use it
Use it when you're on the floor with a product in your hand, or when a question follows from the last one.
Before you start
Nothing has to exist first. A camera or a barcode scanner helps on SCAN.
Steps
- Open TaroCore, then press SCAN.
- Scan a barcode, SKU, lot or shelf. The item fills the tab.
- Ask something about it, such as "we broke 3 of these, write it off".
- Check the form that opens, then save it.
- To teach it a rule, say something like "kulolo keeps 7 days not 5", using your own product.
What you should see
The form opens with the scanned item and your amount filled in. A press of a tab's close button empties that tab.
Good to know
Words TaroCore has learned are on Settings › Learned words, where you can change them.
A code nobody has yet is offered as a new item.
